Why do I have to enter my address more than once?
Make Bags with Brenda is based in Canada, and we’re required to collect applicable sales tax from Canadians who purchase our classes. The first screen in the checkout process establishes your location and adds taxes (only if applicable) to your purchase. You’re then directed to the payment screen where you will enter your payment details. Both of these forms require you to enter your address.
Can I still buy the class if I live in the United States?
Of course! You pay with your PayPal account or use a credit card, and the currency conversion is done for you.
I don’t see where I can pay using a credit card.
Make Bags With Brenda uses PayPal for transaction processing. The default PayPal screen emphasizes “Pay with Your PayPal Account” but you’ll notice beneath that there’s another section where you can pay with a credit card.
I prefer not to make payments online. Is there another way to purchase the class?
Possibly. If you are purchasing from Canada or the United States, contact Brenda to discuss alternative payment methods.
What happens if I cancel before finishing my purchase and/or activation?
If you get partway through the checkout process and cancel, then decide later you actually do want to make the purchase, you may encounter a message reading “You have already purchased this class.”
If you complete the purchase but don’t complete the activation process, you won’t be able to view the lessons.
If either of these things happen, please contact support and let us know. We’ll be happy to check your account and update your settings, if necessary, so you’ll be able to access the class.
What happens if I register but don’t complete a purchase?
Your site registration is valid unless you ask us to delete your user information. To do so, contact us here.
If you decide to buy a class in the future, simply log in with the account you’ve already created and make your purchase.
How long do I have access to my class?
There are no start and end dates. You have unlimited access to classes you’ve purchased for the lifetime of this site.
